Desktop Support Engineer – L2

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Handle escalations from the L1 team within defined SLAs

• Manage Active Directory, O365, and Outlook-related issues

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware-related support

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and O365

Hands-on experience with Active Directory and basic networking

Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow / ManageEngine / Jira)

Expertise in hardware and remote troubleshooting

Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

• Experience in a Pharmaceuticals IT environment.
