Hotel Captain

We’re immediately seeking a dynamic Restaurant Captain to join our 3-star hotel. This pivotal role is crucial for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient food order booking and dedicated food service. Key responsibilities include explaining diverse menu items and offering recommendations to guests, accurately taking food and beverage orders, providing food service in a proper and timely manner, and preparing guest bills based on their orders. You’ll also be responsible for submitting all bills to the front office for payment collection, professionally addressing any guest complaints or special requests, and regularly inspecting the hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant premises.
