Our software offerings involve the business entity of ERP, CRM Applications, Web Designing, Web hosting, and much more.

Profile Intro- As a Telecaller Executive it is your responsibility to engage with potential customers over the calls, inform them about the services, Generate leads, and close deals. You need to communicate well and create a rapport to generate sales. Apart from that databases must be maintained where you must keep a record of the interactions, leads, and sales. The ability to work in a pressure environment is a necessity. Communication skills, negotiation, and customer service skills are the absolute requirements

Number of Positions- 3

Eligibility Criteria- Bachelor’s Degree required

Skills Required- Excellent communication skills (Written and Spoken), networking skills, detail-oriented, and resourceful.

Experience:0.6months -1.5 Years

Job Location- Coimbatore

Roles and Responsibilities –

· Familiarize yourself with all the services offered by our company.

· Procuring new clients through direct contact, inbound calls, and collaboration with the marketing department.

· Regular update on calling in and out.

· Reviewing the strategies and pivoting for better results

Shift Timings- 10 AM to 7 PM

Salary Package- As per Industry Standards with Incentives
